A warm welcome to Spine Rehabilitation Finland webpages!

My academic studies include BSc Chiropractic (Hons) degree in the U.K and physical education studies in Finland.

My personal interests concerning manual therapy with rehabilitation sciences have come together in my studies, published articles, and in private chiropractic practice.

Chiropractic care is an effective treament for many types of neuromusculoskeletal conditions (conditions which affect the joints, muscles and nerves). Most common complaints seen in clinic are back pain, headaches, muscular tension and/or stiffness. The main goals of treatment are decreased pain and increased function.

Chiropractic care consists of thorough history, examination, plan of management and manual treatment. The initial consultation and subsequent visits takes around thirty minutes.

We provide individually tailored rehabilitation for our patients. The most often patient starts with postural training and progress from there depend on individual needs.
